Presidential election 2025: Unwavering unity of RDPC Wouri, a united front for victory
With the October presidential election in sight, Jean Nkuété, Vice-Prime Minister and Secretary General of the RDPC Central Committee, chaired a crucial session in Douala this July 10, 2025 . Wouri’s political elite, including parliamentarians and mayors, gathered to seal a pact of unity and conquest.
In a constructive atmosphere, Jean Nkuété demanded an end to internal quarrels and leadership struggles. He called for total synergy, based on peace and dialogue, indispensable for the « RDPC Champion’s » resounding victory.
Aware of local challenges, the Secretary General stressed the urgent reactivation of the CUD-Divisional Council platform, whose dormancy had impacted territorial cohesion. A resolution was adopted for its effective relaunch as early as July 17, reinforcing grassroots collaboration.
The « Super Mayor » and the Divisional Mayors displayed a united commitment. Galvanized by Nkuété, Wouri now stands as a tight-knit bloc. In these fierce political battles, Wouri’s youth aspire to better education, healthcare, employment, and infrastructure (roads, water, electricity) – concrete challenges these leaders are committed to addressing to secure the party’s future victories.
